A percentage of booking revenue, scoped to how much we handle — full management or partial (e.g. pricing and listing only). We agree it transparently in writing up front; request a free quote and we’ll propose a fit.
What’s the difference between co-hosting and consulting?
Consulting sets your strategy and systems and hands them back to you; co-hosting means we run the day-to-day operation for you on an ongoing basis.
Do you manage VRBO and Booking.com too?
Yes — we manage across Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com with a channel manager keeping everything in sync.
Do I keep control of my property and payouts?
